KFZ Wedding operates this website and is responsible for the processing of personal data described here.
Delivering the website
Opening the website involves processing connection data needed for its operation, including the IP address, time of access, requested resource and browser information. These data allow the website to be delivered and secured. Any server logs created for this purpose support secure operation and error analysis.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is to provide a reliable and secure website. Images and font files are delivered with the website.
Distance entry and page use
The transport distance you enter is carried over to the enquiry form. When you submit the form, it is sent to us with your other details and used to handle your transport enquiry.
No external maps or automatic translation services are loaded. Optional Google Ads measurement requires consent as described below.
Telephone, email and WhatsApp enquiries
Telephone: 01521 4916868
We use the contact mailbox info@kfzwedding.de for email enquiries about KFZ Wedding. KFZ Wedding remains the website operator.
When you contact us, we process the contact details and content you provide to handle your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to enquiries concerning a contract or steps before a contract. Other enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Telephone, email and WhatsApp links open the relevant application or external communication service only when you select them. That service’s privacy information also applies to its processing. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry.
Towing enquiries using the form
When you submit the form, we store the collection point, destination, preferred date and time, telephone number and any email address you provide in our enquiry system. We use these details to respond, plan the transport and agree on the price. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for handling your pre-contractual enquiry. No customer account is required.
Car purchase and sale enquiries
For a purchase or viewing enquiry, we store your name, the selected vehicle, your preferred contact method (telephone or email), the contact details you provide and your message.
If you offer us a vehicle for purchase, we process your name and telephone number and/or email address, together with the vehicle details you submit: make, model, first registration, mileage, asking price and condition description. Any vehicle photos you choose to upload are also stored and attached to the email used to handle your offer.
Purchase and sale enquiries are handled through the enquiry system shared with KFZ Wedding. Our connected responsible staff receive an email and an internal Telegram notification. We use these details to respond, arrange a viewing and assess your vehicle offer.
Recipients and legal obligations
Personal data is disclosed only where necessary to handle an enquiry or perform a contract, where required by law, or where another legal basis permits it. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies to processing necessary to meet a legal obligation.
For internal handling, the details from the forms are also sent as a notification to our connected responsible staff via Telegram. Telegram is a cloud service and processes notifications on its servers. You do not need a Telegram account as a customer. Provider information: https://telegram.org/privacy/eu
Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as needed for its purpose and is then deleted unless statutory retention duties or other lawful grounds require continued storage. This also applies to a valid deletion request or withdrawal of consent.
Your data protection rights
You may request information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin, recipients and the purposes of processing. Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, contact KFZ Wedding using the contact details above.
Communication and data security
Transmitting data over the internet, for example by email, can involve security vulnerabilities. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
Cash and online payment with Stripe
We store your preferred payment method with your towing enquiry. Online payment requires your email address. Once the price has been agreed by phone, our staff can email a payment link from business@kfzwedding.de using Hostinger.
For online payment, we send Stripe your email address, the agreed euro amount and technical payment references. You enter payment details directly at Stripe; our enquiry system does not store complete card details. Stripe reports the payment status to us. Processing is necessary for the contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; legally required financial records are retained under Article 6(1)(c). You may arrange cash payment instead. Stripe privacy and international transfers: https://stripe.com/de/privacy
Appointment confirmation and personal order page
When confirming your appointment, we store the planned arrival, pickup and destination, transport status and agreed price. Hostinger sends an appointment and status email from business@kfzwedding.de. This requires your email address even for cash payment. Unpaid online orders receive a separate payment-link email.
The personal link gives access to transport and payment information without signing in. Share it only with authorized people. The page regularly retrieves current information from our system; it uses neither live GPS nor advertising tracking. Changing the recipient invalidates the old link. Operational status and dispatch data are deleted with the associated enquiry under the stated retention periods; required financial records are retained separately.
Google Ads and call measurement
Only with your consent, the towing website uses Google Ads from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG). Google may receive your IP address, browser data, public page address, ad click identifiers and cookies; processing may also take place in the USA. We measure contact clicks and server-confirmed enquiries using an opaque identifier. Form contents, the enquirer’s telephone number and email are not sent as enhanced conversions. Google may display a forwarding number and process call data such as time and duration. A contact click does not prove an order. Google Analytics and ad personalisation are not enabled. Withdraw consent at any time through the privacy settings in the footer. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy With the same optional consent, we retain a Google click ID for up to 90 days and link it to your enquiry and confirmed payment. Google receives the click ID, payment time, actual gross EUR amount and a random order reference; refunds are corrected. No contact details or form contents are sent for this purpose. The HttpOnly cookie resi_google_attribution binds these records. Withdrawal removes the link for future transfers; payment and enquiries still work. Calls and WhatsApp contacts without a proven source are not attributed to an ad.
